"Yesterday, despite feeling under the weather, my big boy, Miles Hicks, competed at the Kuk Sool Won of Capital Heights Martial Arts Tournament. It was very tough! Miles competed in the black belt division with older teenagers and held his own. I was especially delighted to see him win the first place in the staff form and compete for the first time with a sword. Also, holding up our end of the deal to Miles, Maurice and I have officially joined Kuk Sool and competed in yesterday's tournament. I wasn't happy to have my husband beat me in sparring! Next time I'll kick his butt! Congratulations to all the Grand champions and all the medalists and thank you to our wonderful instructor, Pkjn Marlin Godfrey. Kuk Sool!"
